ProfIX is a business tracking application developed by ProfIX Labs. ProfIX Labs is a subsidiary of Ancherem Innovation LTD. ProfIX helps users track sales, expenses, debts, inventory, receipts, and business reports.
Information We Collect
ProfIX collects the information users enter into the app, including account email, business profile details, sales records, expense records, debt records, inventory records, receipt details, and app usage information needed to provide the service.
How We Use Information
We use user information to provide business tracking features, cloud sync, account access, receipts, reports, backup tools, support, and account management.
Cloud Storage and Third-Party Services
When cloud sync is enabled, ProfIX stores business records in Supabase so users can access their data across devices. Supabase may process data on our behalf as a backend service provider.
Data Sharing
ProfIX does not sell user data. We do not share user data for advertising purposes. Data may be processed by service providers used to operate the app.
Data Security
ProfIX uses secure connections where available to help protect data in transit. Users are responsible for keeping their login details safe.
Data Export, Import, and Deletion
Users can export backup files and import backup files inside the app. Users may request account or cloud data deletion through the ProfIX account deletion page.
Financial Services Notice
ProfIX is a business record-keeping and tracking tool. ProfIX does not provide banking, loans, investment, insurance, money transfer, cryptocurrency, or regulated financial services.
Children
ProfIX is designed for business and productivity use. It is not directed at children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
ProfIX Labs may update this Privacy Policy as the app develops. Updated versions may be posted on this page or inside the app.
